I was born in Washington, DC where I spent my early childhood years. I attended Maryland public schools, until my family relocated to southwest Virginia, to be closer to family. In 2014, I moved to Charlotte, NC and currently reside in Fort Mill, SC.
Prior to entering the financial industry, I worked as a 911 Dispatcher and also attended the police academy in VA. As a mom to 2 children under the age of 4, I made the decision to switch to a safer line of work that allowed me to be the mother my boys needed. I began my career in retail banking as a teller, and worked my way up to a Sr. Loan Officer, until I joined LPL in 2022.
I enjoy spending my weekends walking the greenway, trying new restaurants, and attending outdoor concerts. During the colder months, I like to curl up with a good book, put together puzzles, or catch up on tv shows with my boys. I also love spending time with my family, roller skating, working on cars, and DIYs!
With my Financial Advisor offices, I strive to be proactive by preventing fires instead of having to put them out. To achieve that, I make sure to effectively communicate, update tasks throughout the process, and keep detailed notes. Another best practice that I use is to maintain a positive outlook and attitude. Today might be stressful but it's only temporary!
